Family

My father talk to me about our property in the province.He wanted to sell our house and lot and buy a new house in his place.The reason is they are getting old and to live in the island where hospitals,drugstores, market are kilometers away . It took 2 to 3 hours travel by boat is very hard for them.right?But, my answer is a BIG "NO"... I would never sell a property no matter where it is. We agree that we will have another house by next year in my fathers place.So, they will have a choice for vacation. To visit here in laguna or in my father's place its up to them.My intention is to make them happy,relax and enjoy life.whew,feeling investor lagi.. 
