This week I have been bother about the money debit in my ATM card.Since, I am working at night shift I do have to call the bank phone banker for my concern and it took me an hour before I connected to the customer service.I hope all banks had a quick connections in attending there customers calls.I get worry...
After, two days I check my account balance and it becomes negative... worry again ! I check my online account and one transaction was duplicated.So, I need to call the phone banker again and email my concern to the bank.It is good that I had enrolled my account online because I can check all my transactions anytime.Thanks that it was cleared before the weekend!
